OUR STORY
After working more than 35 years for large electrical companies, an opportunity presented itself to have a closer relationship to customers, and provide a service that we all rely on. Superior Electrical Services SC was created at the kitchen table between Tim Shipp and his wife Kiley.
Tim worked his way through an electrical apprenticeship program with Harford County Electrical Contractors Association (MD) and received his Journeyman's licensure four years later. He went on to gain his Master's licensure (MD & SC). Working for companies who upheld the highest standard in safety and quality helped shape how Tim does business today.
"When we moved to the beach, I was thinking about how I was going to retire out of the business, but then I saw a need. A need I could help fulfill." When Tim opened Superior Electrical Solutions, he had three goals in mind; to serve the community, provide a future for those who want to work in safe environments with high quality standards, and maintain a balanced professional and personal life.
